Classes offered are: Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Creative Movement, Song & Dance, & Liturgical (dance w/Christian Music)

Carolyn has been established in Blount County since 1971. She is trained in all forms of dance mentioned above, as well as drama, piano, voice, acrobatics, cheerleading, physical fitness, & more, from several prestigious dance companies such as Dance Caravan & Dance Olympus, and nationally recognized dance artists from all over the world. Her goal is to provide high quality instruction, build self esteem, & encourage creativity. As always, she is pleased to offer a fun and non comptetitive approach to dance.

Tap-4-Fun – Adult Tap Class Minimal experience in dance. This class is fun, gender-friendly & great exercise, but rarely cardio… Just-4-Fun! Come try it!

Natural Expression Art Classes 

Owner/Instructor, Jennifer McIntyre      

Natural Expression is an art educational program for children and youth that focuses on a general art education that benefits all student, not just the talented. This art education program introduces a wide variety of media and develops aesthetic awareness along with functional art vocabulary.

The program also teaches students to recognize good composition, while providing for skill development by the exposure and practice of various techniques. Every project emphasizes the study of art and artists with related history. Also, the program works with developing creativity and providing opportunities for problem solving which can benefit other areas of learning.

Jennifer McIntyre received a Graphics Communication degree with a specialty in Fine Arts from Lambuth University in Jackson, TN in 1991. She has experience in  acrylic, oil and watercolor painting, chalk pastel, pen and ink drawing, photography, airbrush, wood, clay, silk-screening, and other printmaking. Jennifer has been teaching art to children since 1994.
